શ્રી તખ્તેશ્વર મહાદેવ એ ભારત દેશના પશ્ચિમ ભાગમાં આવેલા ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાંના સૌરાષ્ટ્ર વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા ભાવનગર જિલ્લાના મુખ્ય મથક ભાવનગર શહેરની મધ્યમાં નાનકડી ટેકરી પર આવેલું શિવલિંગ ફરતે સોનાનો થાળ ધરાવતું મંદિર સંપુર્ણપણે સફેદ આરસપહાણના પથ્થરો વાપરીને ઉંચી પ્લીંથ પર બનાવાયેલું છે. તે ૧૮૯૩ની સાલમાં બાંધવામાં આવ્યુ છે. અહીંથી ભાવનગર શહેરને ઉંચાઇ પરથી જોવાનો અનેરો લ્હાવો મળે છે.
